  • To provide professional Advice and conduct change management programmes for government and concerned agencies.
  • To seek solutions to emerging problems by taking sound decisions based on examples from government and public sector institutions.
  • To strengthen public-private partnership for faster and sound socio-economic development.
Funding Model

CFPA can get funds from central/state governments and international lending agencies.

  • Reorientation of government servants and citizens' thinking knowledge, skills to increase their capacities to deal with rapidly changing environment.
  • To develop institutions and procedures in conformity with democratic ethos-incorporating ethical values in administration.
  • Development of a system for performance measurement of organizations and personnel.
  • To enhance awareness of people towards governance, laws and legal system/better implementation of laws.
  • To bring people closer to government through ICT, thus reducing red-tapism.
  • Encourage higher/middle and cutting edge level of officers to nurture morality, self accountability and transparency in Administration.
  • Development of process of sharing power with masses through NGO.
  • Development of decision making process through mechanisms such as standardized notes, check lists and comprehensive information system.
